Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergen free options?
At this time, we do not offer allergen free options. While we take great care in preparing our products, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination due to shared kitchen equipment and ingredients. We recommend checking with us directly for specific concerns, as we’re always exploring ways to improve our menu to meet the needs of our customers.
Do you offer custom cakes or baked goods?
While we specialize in cookie- based desserts and love creating unique cookie treats, we are also happy to make cakes for special occasions. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to share more details here, and we’ll do our best to create something special for you. For cookie lovers, we also offer custom cookie platters and other baked goods that are perfect for any event!
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Currently we offer local delivery within the Austin/San Antonio area for an additional cost. Unfortunately, due to our small-scale operation and the nature of our products, we are unable to ship items outside of Texas. Please let us know if you have any specific questions or would like to place an order for delivery/pickup!
How far in advance should I place a custom order?
To ensure we can accommodate your order, we recommend placing orders for cakes, pastries, or large batches at least 2 weeks in advance. For custom orders or events, it’s best to give us 3-4 weeks notice, especially if you have specific design requests or dietary needs. However, if you have a last minute request, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! We look forward to baking something special for you!

What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on baked goods once they have been purchased. However, if there is an issue with your order or it doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
